M. Hemalatha has been leading the organization since 2013 and is deeply committed to improving the lives of people living with HIV. With a background in social work and years of community engagement, she drives strategic planning, program development, and partnerships that strengthen support systems for vulnerable families in Ballari.

Joining the board in 2014, Salim Sab brings strong community connections and leadership experience. As a local entrepreneur, he supports the NGO’s outreach programs and contributes to creating opportunities for families affected by HIV through awareness, coordination and field engagement.

A dedicated social worker, Akthar Banu has served as Secretary since 2019. She manages administrative functions, documentation, and program coordination, playing a key role in ensuring smooth service delivery and timely support for beneficiaries across Ballari.

With a long history of grassroots work, Basamma has contributed to the organization since 2013. She supports operations, assists in program implementation, and coordinates field activities, helping ensure that services reach even the most underserved individuals in the community.

Mangamma has been overseeing financial responsibilities since 2017. As Treasurer, she ensures transparency, proper accounting, and responsible allocation of donor and program funds, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to integrity and accountability.

Meenakshi joined the board in 2023 and contributes her experience as a social worker to support community mobilization and field-level activities. She actively engages with families and individuals, helping them access services and welfare schemes

Praveen Kumar, a board member since 2023, works closely with the outreach and awareness teams. His role includes supporting program execution, strengthening community relationships, and helping create a supportive environment for people living with HIV.
